Saying he had heard a lot about Enigma's Aiden Walsh would certainly be an understatement. There was not a day in the warehouse when people wouldnt drop the man's name in a not so satisfied manner, or context. Unless they were talking about a one night stand peobably, but all in all Aiden was known for being the grumpy one of the bunch, and also the not trusting one. Maybe he had his reasons, maybe he didnt, maybe those reasons were not well fonded; it was none of Tony's business. As long as he was not a difficult person to deal with on the field, then there should be no prpblems, and he was sure Aiden was more mature than that.

Dega's only concern was keeping every Enigma member out of trouble. No one is useful behind the bars, and even though long ago, his family had relations with the Bianchi (yet not so direct, nor so important), they still fucked up and pushed Anthony down the hate path. Nothing was wrong than being nudged to join a family business when you wanted nothing to do with those dirty rats. He could not say the same thing about his brother though, who nevertheless was one of the Bianchi. Not that Tony knew it though.

Tony's brows lifted and lowered themselves in a quick, acknowledging gesture, as Aiden rejected the whole polite part. So the grump begins. Or maybe just the not-much-team-spirit side of him was showing. Tony wasnt actually sure how much Walsh wanted to change as an Enigma, since he was not willing to do much team work, or so it seemed. He first took him as the lone wolf type of guy, but apparently the Italian was just half wrong. He tapped the pen to his chin once or twice as the man began explaining (though, as a lawyer, Dega was sure Aiden was watering down the story) how he ended up with another page in his record. So there was a brawl. Aiden made it sound like the other dude attacked him first, but what had the disagreement been about? "So it all started from a small disagreement? Do you remember what it was all about? Hopefully not a "i bet i can bottle you first" thing." Yeah, that would be sort of difficult to make it pass as self defense in the court. But the judge had to be objective when it comes to the people brought in, yet it didnt happen anymore if you showed your face around for more than 2 or 3 times. "He tried to bottle you, as an attacker, so you did not make any previous move, right? How did you hit back?" Dega had to note things down on a clean sheet of paper, to be able to collect as much information as possible to redirect the fault from his gang partner, to this mysterious other dude. Maybe if Aiden remembers a name, Tony can even talk to him and play a bit detective, try to see how to incriminate the dude if he cant save Walsh.

"That's my job, Aiden, keeping Enigma's record clean, and if that cant be fixed, at least keeping everyone out of a cold cell. You're no exception, and I dont stop at "trying my best" to keep you all out of the court. I'm not trying to sugarcoat it up, I'm just letting you know how things work. So if you could provide as many details from your story, and maybe if things dont look good for you, we can dump it all on the other guy, if we play our cards well." He spoke softly, hoping that would make Aiden put his hate on pause for a little bit while they solved this matter, and then he could resume it as much as he wanted.
