Betrayal! The day had started quite well. Ryan had finished some business, a deal was made with some information dealer guy and it had gone well enough, there wasn’t a single bullet shot and everything went according to plan. Later he would just have to go to Neo to do some minor paperwork, nothing urgent, just the usual stuff that tended to accumulate if he wasn’t careful. Right now he had just arrived at the warehouse, he had a few hours to kill before any other responsibilities, and what better way to spend his day than around his family. It was with good humor that Ryan walked through the building, noting that it seemed quite empty today. There was much to do in the war against a powerful mafia family, and more often than not, the Enigma member were off to do some job or other, it was very rare to see every single person at any given time at the warehouse, but it still striked him as odd that the place would be so abandoned.
Nothing to be done, he just hummed curiously and went deeper into the building, in the direction of his office, he was sure he could find something to do there, paperwork and documents for him to read always seem to appear somehow, if asked Ryan would say it was his curse. His steps echoing through the place, the man was humming to himself, until he stopped on his track as he passed in front of one of the rooms, staring confused at the mess. There were cardboard boxes everywhere. Tiny boxes, large boxes, sealed boxes, open boxes. He didn’t remember ordering anything that would require the amount of boxes he was seeing right now, but maybe it was for one of his people? He would have appreciated if he was warned first, before the box apocalypse showed up on his warehouse.
He approached the room, curiously looking at the assorted items contained in some of the boxes, from clothes to weapons. Some of the closed ones had colorful labels on them, only the owner would know what they meant though. “What the hell is going on here?” He asked loudly, his voice sounding curious however and genuinely confused. It almost looked like someone was moving, now that he thought about it, but that would be stupid, nobody told him anything. template by Sammy @ Adox 2.0

notes: Ryry PLS | She was in a good mood, a particularly good one. You could tell by how she was rotating around and skipping around the room to get stuff done. Most of that was because the cargo pants were her guilty pleasure, and because they made any individual feel super free in their movements; but the other reason was just because Ruby finally got her own place.
Enigma's warehouse was great, don't get her wrong, but it just lacked..privacy. Red didn't need privacy for 'girly reasons' , no, that was bullshit. She needed it to deal with her own stuff alone and to stop thinking that every once in a while, someone could enter her room and witness an 'episode' , or just her being awfully gore-ish (cleaning bloody knives, clothes). It was Enigma though, no one flinched at the sight of any of those, but still Ruby didn't get the feeling of having privacy.
Awfully quiet - that was basically how the warehouse turned out to be whenever the members were at their own places or out with missions. Ruby hated excessive silence. It only meant that her mind will start to generate random thoughts and she knew that at some point they'll just turn on a wrong path. Blackwood felt bad though, for deciding to move out of her corner of heaven in the warehouse; away from the others; away from Ryan. She was his right hand, she needed to be at his disposal 24/7 , you never knew when trouble arised. But the blonde would only be at a phone call 's distance.
She got lost with all the packing around, stashing box over box, labelling them and sealing them shut so they wont fall and have their contents sprawled around if they fell. Now she only had to pack the last moment stuff, such as her favourite daggers and some gun she had forgotten under her bed."Gee, I looked all over the place for you, two weeks ago. I'm so sorry I declared you gone.." Ruby crouched and took out the weapon, hugging it at her chest. The safety was on too, which was good. The sappy moment was intrerrupted by someone's pacing around the warehouse's halls, and lately their voice. The intruder turned out to be just Ryan, luckily.
"Morning to you too, your highness." Ruby greeted jokingly, giving up an amused huff. "I think they're boxes, but what do I know?" The woman would strap her gun at her side, get up and walk towards her leader while folding her arms at her chest and looking around innocently. Yep, definitely boxes. "Woke up in the wrong side of Chicago?" The blonde smiled, looking up at King. ♥ Painting white roses red; Each shade from A different person's head. |

Betrayal! In the middle of the box apocalypse was none other than Ruby, the woman he chose to be his second in command for her skills and trustfulness, the woman he knew was a merciless killer and who he would trust with his life, she was just there, in the middle of the boxes, hugging a gun (???), talking to it like it was some sort of long lost dog. Ryan shot her a judging look, secretly thankful the warehouse was quite empty now, he didn’t want people doubting his judgement because of his tastes in right hand. “Morning yeah, whatever” he made a dismissive gesture, not worrying too much about proper greetings or politeness. “I see you’re busy…? Should I leave you and your gun alone?” He said amusedly.
Of course Ruby had a sarcastic response to him, it wouldn’t be her otherwise. He rolled his eyes, bypassing some boxes to get closer to the woman and peer inside the closest open beside her, it was full of knifes and other assorted weapons. “I know they are boxes, asshole, I meant why are they taking over my warehouse?” He asked her, the insult sounding more like a fond nickname than something mean. Did she receive a shipment of new weapons? But these looked like her favorite knives she was placing on the boxes, new way to keep her stuff organized perhaps? Theories passed on his mind, but he simply could not piece this puzzle together.
“There’s no right side on Chicago, you know that.” He answered with a smile, the banter coming easily between the two of them. “What are you doing exactly, then?” he decided to ask, being direct in trying to understand what could his right hand be possibly doing. He briefly wondered if she would bother to put all the boxes someplace that wouldn’t make someone trip if they aren’t paying attention when she was done.

notes: Ryry PLS | Sassy as usual, Mr King wasted no time in invading the current site of the blonde, where all the searching for stuff potentially being left behind by accident was taking place. "Pfff, now it's a crime to miss your gun." The woman put her hands at her chest and waved them in a short motiont to express the "gravity of the situation". An idiot an usual, but that was just how Ryan was. The two didnt need formal greetings, straight poses or other unnecessary stuff; at least not in the warehouse. Between those walls, Enigma acted, hanged and spoke like a family. Outside of the headquarters, the respect was shown and the way they respected orders screamed discipline, obedience in special but also loyalty. The Bianchi on the other side, only yelled money, women and drugs. Chicago wont have much longer to suffer anyway.
Ruby would have been lying if she'd say she did not respect Ryan, or if she said she was somehow annoyed by anything he or Enigma did. The man was like a bigger brother to her, sometimes coming off as a father figure also, but seriousness or one's lack of humor was disgusting for the blonde. She felt so lucky to be constantly surrounded by fairly off-balanced people (crazy ones as anature or just really great and humorous persons) , it was almost relieving. She'd probably go mad in the first week of hanging with boring people. The asshole nickname wasnt new. Ruby smiled at it, though her lips formed a smirk in the end. "Not sure, I heard it's the migrating season. They might just be passing by, give them a day or two." Red shrugged with the same clueless expression, copying the man's dismissive wave too, like it was no big deal with these boxes around.
True, all parts of Chicago were the best. And hopefully they'll all be Enigma's best sides of Chicago. She decided to lean against the frame of the door while the man kept walking around to inspect stuff, and cocked her head curiously as he questioned her again. "You really dont remember? I told you a few days ago that I got a place, 20 minutes away from here. I can make that 5 with the car though." The blonde looked a bit confused on why Ryan appeared so clueless, but she chose to continue and refresh his memory, maybe. "I believe you were doing some paperwork when I came in and told you, I did notice you were absent minded, I just thought that maybe you were at least half listening. Man, you're getting old." The Israeli laughed, not really meaning that at the end. Red pushed herself away from the doorframe, grabbing a pocketknife from her belt and cutting a pieceof duct tape from the roll initially on top of a box. ♥ Painting white roses red; Each shade from A different person's head. |

Betrayal! Aww, itty bitty Ruby missed her baby guns, how adorable. “Will you ever love me as much as your weapons?” He responded dramatically, like a parent whose child decided the other one was their favorite. They had this easy friendship Ryan appreciated deeply. She was young, beautiful and extremely capable, and yet she accepted working with him, helping him take this city for himself. There was respect there, even if to anyone looking it wouldn’t seen so, he didn’t like to take things as an strict hierarchy or with rules from every little thing to the point his people would be afraid to even glance at him, as long they did what was asked, and in front of enemies they showed some respect to him, he could let a lot slide, from name calling to angry screaming. Enigma was built to be a family and Ruby was like the little sister he never had, and like any good big brother, Ryan was ready to tease her at any moment, and he could be certain she would tease right back.
The warehouse would be boring if it wasn’t for the woman’s sarcastic humor, though right now he wished she would stop beating around the bush and just tell what all these boxes were about. “Right, and you gave them a space in your room? I do hope they’ll be gone eventually.” He crossed his arms, shooting an incredulous look at her. He could almost see himself tripping over everything once he came back to the base drunk.
He looked at Ruby in disbelief as she explained the boxes, an expression of pure shock coming to his face. He was speechless for about two minutes, freezing as he tried to process that Ruby was moving, she was leaving him alone, how could she do that? “…You’re… leaving?” Was what he managed to say, he gaped at her bit more, before finally removing his words. “What do you mean by that?? Since when?” His voice was getting louder at each syllable. And then she explained how it shouldn’t be a surprise, but it didn’t make any more sense to him, he had no memory of Ruby telling anything about moving. “I’m not old, you didn’t tell me anything!” It was possible he was too drunk to remember, or that he was so swamped by paperwork that he didn’t pay attention, possibly both. “How can you betray me like that, Ruby? I trusted you, now you’ll abandon me.” There was a whiny tone to his voice, and deep down he knew he was being overdramatic, but he couldn’t understand what was wrong with the base, and why Ruby wanted to leave him like that.

Ruby Red Blackwood outfit x words muse
notes: Ryry PLS | Ryan had his own humor, probably fueled by all the alcohol he liked to drink, but most of the times it was just the man's teasing manner ready to wrap itself around any words he adressed. Ruby tilted her head to the side, watching Ryan speak in the usual mocking way, taking on her love for her guns. She pouted her lips, and spoke. "Aww, Ryan.." She did seem touched by his question, until she continued. "This is a P227 Nitron SIG, .45 calibre and holds 11 rounds. I would never cheat on this baby. Unless you give me back my bazooka, then yes, I'll love you so much." Stupid safety rules, people around the warehouse begged to play with explosives and she couldnt even clean her weapons without being looked weirdly at.
In all honesty, Ruby didnt feel okay with moving out of the warehouse either, she would miss the noise made by others (but she'd definitely enjoy the new and quiet place) or the evenings when Ryan brought bottles of vodka that just had to be emptied. Darn, Ruby loved using those for target practice, not that the skill wasnt maxed out. A change was needed though, in case any "visitors" ever stumbled in Chicago, and Ruby could not afford having to give away the warehouse's indentity just for a family reunion.
"Yes ma'am, they'll be gone asap." Gone, as in, to the new place. Red agreed on the man's authority and all that leader stuff, but sometimes letting him know that not everything was serious business, was a must. She mockingly folded her arms as he did, her back straight as if she was imitating a soldier's pose, while a hand went to her forehead and saluted King in a formal way. Obviously while still smirking.
With a more relaxed pose, Red kicked a box with ammo into moving it closer to the others, stacking one on top of the others. Obviously she did not retrieve her stash from the warehouse's whole ammo 'vault' (which was really just a well reinforced room) since she used less bullets than the group as one, so two boxes were sufficient for her and all her weapons. And as a bonus, knives didnt even need to be reloaded. To the woman's surprise, Ryan went silent for a moment or two at the news, as if he was shocked or something. Was he upset, or angry? Ruby looked at him again as there were no words from him, tempted to wave her hand in front of his eyes just for her own amusament and to mock the TV kids cartoons. But instead she listened to him now that he came back to reality. She shook her head in disbelief, sighing. There it was, the whinning. "I'm not leaving, Ryan. It's like...sleeping somewhere else. I'll still be in the warehouse at day, you know? I think I might even make some changes around this old room, turn it into an office or something.." On that note, Ruby moved her hand under her chin, forming a relaxed fist and looking back at the empty room, trying to imagine herself placing a desk or some stuff in it, just to annoy Ryan with the fact that he wont be the only one with his own fancy office. And that might even make her feel like a proper right hand, now that she thought about it. But this room was not made for being an office, it had no windows, no natural light (a reason why Ruby chose it in the first place). Maybe she'll blackmail someone into switching rooms, later.
"Oh my god, I did tell you! You're being ridiculous now. Betrayl? Lets not use such a strong word. Plus, I'm not becoming a filthy Bianchi rat or moving in with one of them, it's just a new place, you make this sound like a big deal. Plus, I feel more independent like that. What if I ever have guests coming over, and I have to show them Enigma's hideout because I just down have a place for myself? I bet you wont like another blonde around here, asking questions. Or..other people, I dont know." Oh damn you know. Andrea was in the PD, Red wouldnt bring her into Enigma anyway, so a new place would be a wise move. And she kinda felt strange seeing Max and Jacob having their own homes (even though she had no idea where Jacob lived, YET) and she just lived with her pack.
"I would never abandon my big ass brother." She raised her brows at him, looking lovable just so she could go hug him. And she went closer, opening her arms and wrapping them around the man's middle if only he wasnt going to continue the whinny act. ♥ Painting white roses red; Each shade from A different person's head. |

Betrayal! Aw geez, Ruby and her toys, Ryan should know he could never compete against those. It was sad really, he gave her a (ware)house to live, a job, a family to belong, and still she gave all her love to a cruddy old gun that apparently had abandoned her until recently. But he should be glad she didn’t find her bazooka instead, that level of destruction in her hands was something he didn’t wish to repeat, specially near his base, Enigma already managed to destroy it enough without such a powerful destructive weapon. “No no, keep loving your gun, leave the Bazooka hidden where it is, for my sanity’s sake.” Safety rules were there to protect everyone, why was it so hard for people to understand that?
While Ryan tried to process the shock of the news, Ruby went around her business, straightening the boxes, separating them and organizing for pick up. It sounded so surreal, his Ruby going away like that, no previous notice, no nothing, one day she was just suddenly gone. If Ryan hadn’t caught her on the act, he probably wouldn’t notice until it was too late. Days would go by and she wouldn’t show up, leaving Ryan worried and wondering, what a terrible thing to do. Even as she tried to reassure him, he could only see it as Ruby leaving him alone to deal with all those assholes who lived on the warehouse (he still loved all of them, but still, it was Ruby, his right hand.) “But… but, what will I do if I have to talk to you urgently in the middle of the night? What if someone attacks you in this new place and I’m not there to help you? So many things can go wrong, Ruby! There’s no need to leave.” He started pacing around the room, being careful to not trip one any of the boxes, but Ruby seemed determined to leave, she could be stubborn if she wanted, and now that not only the idea had settled on her mind, but she apparently also had a place already, it was very unlikely Ryan would be able to make her change her mind.
How could he have missed such a big change? She was basically out of the door with her army of boxes and he had no memory of Ruby telling him anything, it was ridiculous to think he would ignore such an important announcement. “You did not tell me!” he all but screamed, a distressed expression on his face “You can have your independence here! And… and… well, the guests can go someplace else.” He didn’t even know she would have people to invite on her house that weren’t Enigma, when did that happen? “Who are these guests anyway? Last time I checked you were too paranoid to let anyone near where you slept.” Ruby had friends outside of Enigma? That was yet another surprise, Ryan would like to meet whoever those are, to see if they were good enough for Ruby.
A sigh escaped his lips when she softly told him she wouldn’t abandon him, calling him a brother and everything, how could he stay mad at her if she acted like that? It wasn’t fair. If he was being completely honest, he could understand that sometimes the warehouse could be crowded and loud, God knows Ryan himself sometimes wished he could just go away from everyone, but that would cause the hideout to explode, probably. “I know, but I don’t want you to leave” he said, his voice still whiny, but not as loud and outraged anymore. He accepted the hug, squeezing her tight, without trying to hurt though, just like a bear hug. “You didn’t even asked for my help to pack or prepare anything.” Doing everything on her own, how did she expect to move all those boxes by herself?

Ruby Red Blackwood outfit x words muse
notes: Ryry PLS | A normal person, walking into the warehouse in this moment, witnessesing this scene and the two's bickering..they're probably ask themselves how the hell could this guy tall as a mountain have this whinny side (a joke, nevertheless) , and how did he even reach to be a mafia's leader. That only accentuated the fact that normal people were boring. You dont get to lead some people by being hard as a rock and keeping them under your shoe (amateurs beware, Shaun), and if you do, by any luck, your empire crumbles. But a family cannot be stepped on.
"We arent done talking about that, dont worry." Ruby's brows raised, while she nodded at him once and pointed the index at the man accusingly, yet everyone knew that she was never serious. Not unless there was a serious matter being discussed. Not there was none. The bazooka should come back to its rightful owner sooner or later, Ruby preferred sooner.
His reasoning explaining some irrational fears (obviously jokes too) was quite funny if Red was to say so. She didnt think he would feel so set on keeping her here, even if it was just a small change really. The woman felt really appreciated, when around Ryan, anything he did inspired respect and his actions were like some subtle hints to how much he did appreciate her. Or so she thought at least. Their easy friendship couldnt be broken by some taunting. Ruby looked at him amused, with her lips curled in a smile and her brows one raised and one lowered, waiting for his dramatic exaggerating to be over. Was he right though? What if someone..broke into her home..?
Ruby squinted her eyes at him, deep down questioning herself if his words could ever come true. She was definitely not easily influenced by people, but when it was a person or more, who were close to her, the blonde started to think they were looking out for her, hence the warnings. But he was just a trickster, he just wanted to make her change her mind. Letting out a small sigh in defeat, Ruby gave Ry a little nod. "I'll be fine, Ryan. And if something happens, you're on my speed dial." She gave a small tilt of her head to the side, and shrugged, not able to think why this move could go wrong.
Ah, too paranoid, yes. He knew her behaviour and personality quite well, and that was everything one really needed to know about Ruby. His voice raising made the woman chuckle. He could wake up the whole warehouse if one morning he "mumbled" there was no vodka left. Or coffee, but vodka was more of King's favourite. "Exactly, I wouldnt let anyone near my nest if I knew they would cause trouble. Trust me, I'm good. Plus, I wont sleep alone at night." Blackwood smirked, looking at the man for a quick reaction, a devious glimpse in her orbs. She let the pause for effect for a second, before flipping the gun she hugged earlier, in her hand, and holding it to aim at nothing in particular, more like test the gun's aim. "I'll sleep with this under my pillow." Closing one eye, she looked through the little aim and bit her lip before huffing amusedly and setting the weapon back at her belt, her gaze setting on the man again.
It was really nice to feel such a warm hug, especially emotionally warm of course. Ryan meant so much to the blonde, he was secretly some sort of role model (yet she didnt plan on becoming a vodka addict, nor becoming loud as a megaphone). Though sometimes, King appeared in her eyes as some king of an adoptive father, taking her in his group, his wolf pack, and offering her the family love she very much craved. He oscilated from the big annoying and overly protective brother to the father figure and the one person she would always rely on. But if she told him that, he'd probably laugh like a bitch.
Once they broke the hug, Ruby raised a hand to the back of her head, considering the whole help part. "I wanted to do the packing alone, spend time finding old stuff and..yeah. And as for the moving, I'll just ask people around to help me get the stuff to the car, or blackmail them into doing that, I dont know. I'll ask some friends to help me take them all in the house, so it's fine. It's not like they have anything else to do anyway, they might as well put their muscles to work." She chuckled, not afraid of divulging any information on her bestfriends. This was Ryan, a trustworthy person and the closest she had of a family. Honesty was the key in their relationship. "And I thought you'd have some business planned, didnt wanna sound needy." ♥ Painting white roses red; Each shade from A different person's head. |

Betrayal! It was very easy for her to say nothing was going to happen, but she couldn’t know that for sure. He knew neighbors could be a bunch of rich crazy killers, or worse, what if she moved close to a cop who would try to arrest her. A building full of strangers, no idea what their intentions were. Ryan was mostly acting purposefully overdramatic, but his concerns weren’t completely unfounded, it would have been nice if he had known for longer, so he could at least make though background check on each person who lived there, just to make sure Ruby would be safe. He would still do it, of course, but now if there really was someone with questionable connections living near Ruby, he would only find out after she had already moved. “I’m serious, Ruby, don’t hesitate to call me if you need any kind of help.” He also would have to make sure to visit her often, he knew her pride could get in her way sometimes.
Sometimes, or most of times, Ryan wasn’t able to control the volume of his voice, he had a powerful voice, and more often than not he started shouting if he got too excited or distressed. Ruby was used to it, she only chuckled at his screams, the newer members of Enigma who weren’t used to it tended to think he was too angry or grumpy, when in reality, Ryan was just loud. Right now he was feeling truly distressed, enough to make him forget to maintain a proper tone of voice. “You’re already bringing people to your house!!! People who aren’t me!” He screamed, missing the mischievous glint in her eyes that would be obvious in retrospect. “Oh” Was all he said when she showed him her gun. Oh well, at least she was smart to keep a weapon nearby. “Well good. Don’t go anywhere unarmed.” He said more softly, kinda relieved she wasn’t just bringing strangers (to him) to her house yet. The advice was basic knowledge and Ruby should know already, but it didn’t hurt to remind her.
Watching his daughter or his baby sister leaving to brave this terrible unfair word, that was how Ryan felt seeing Ruby leave. He knew she was more than capable of taking care of herself, she was an adult when he met her, and he shouldn’t expect her to tell him every single little detail of her life, but he cared too much, felt like it was his duty to protect and care for her, he felt like that with most people in Enigma, she was just the one he felt more strongly about, his right hand and also one of his best friends, and Ryan knew he couldn’t stop her from leaving even if he tried.
But he wasn’t allowed even to offer help, that was an outrage. Her explanation seemed simple enough, there was always somebody lounging around the warehouse she could ask for help, well, that person might as well be him. “Pfff business my ass, don’t be stupid, I’d have dropped anything to help you. It’s not needy to ask for help, Ruby.” He smiled at her in reassurance, before looking at all the boxes littering the ground, about twenty between the closed, the half-filled and the empty ones. It shouldn’t take too long. “What else needs packing? Tell me what do you need help with.” He prompted her, looking expectantly. Even if he couldn’t stop Ruby from leaving, they at least could have this moment of bonding together.

Ruby could bet all her weapons and ammo that right now, if anyone wanted a bit of peace and quiet, they just cursed the skies and damned Ryan a hundred times in a row. It was just how the man was, he had a tendency of using that big mouth of his to express his thoughts in a loud manner. Nevertheless, Ruby got used to it. It definitely wasnt like someone was shooting near your ear each time, so she was glad about that. "That sounds much like you're jealous. Look, once everything's arranged in the house, you'll be the first I invite over. That way we can watch some movie and drink alcohol, look down at anyone passing by my balcony and throw water ballons at, y'know, juvenile shit to keep you entertained. Or, maybe you have another sister to hang out with." Ruby joked a bit, knowing how King was not phazed by any of her mocking, not when he knew his reasons clearly. But it was still fun to tease him and call someone her 'brother' once more. She obviously wouldnt go anywhere weaponless, it just wasnt her way of living. Though, his advice was taken into account as well meant. And to her surprise, the big vodka bear offered to help hr pack her stuff. There wasnt much remained to be packed and labelled anyway. "I'll keep that in mind for the next time i need help, then." Ruby nodded once, in agreement, before her gaze got pointed at the stuff still laying around. Hm.. She still had that pile of chains beside the dresser. "I'll continue my quest to see if any other gun is forgotten under the bed, and since you're so kind.." The woman smirked a bit, walking again towards her bed while talking. "Maybe you can gather those in a box? Just dont..tangle them up, please." Ruby instructed, pointing at the pile and at the box labelled red, near the same dresser. Ryan King

Betrayal! Pffff Jealous, as if. He had more things to be concerned about than jealousy, he just was looking out for Ruby’s best interest, and as such, he should be the first one to visit her new apartment, to make sure everything was safe. It also didn’t hurt that it would make him feel good to know he was the first Ruby thought of inviting, big brother pride and all. Everything made perfect logical sense in his mind, Ryan was a very reasonable person. But where did that sister comment came from? “Now you are the one who sounds jealous, afraid I’ll replace you with a new sister now that you’re abandoning me?” He teased right back, chucking lightly. “I’ll hold you to it Ruby, no sharing your house before it is Ryan approved.” He still wanted to know who were those so called friends, she thought them important enough to be one of the reasons for her to move away from him.
Apparently Ruby wasn’t the most careful with her weapons, how did guns end up under the bed? Ryan wasn’t the most organized, he would bet his bedroom had more empty bottles hidden away than the weak liquor cabinet had alcohol, but weapons should treated with care. He didn’t say anything though, just let out a huff of laugh and went to do as she asked. “Do they have names, these friends of yours? Is it anyone I know?” He asked casually after a few moments, going towards the chains she asked him to sort. His voice gave the impression the question wasn’t a big deal, nothing more than slight curiosity, but Ryan was very attentive to what Ruby would answer. Careful to not tangle the chains, Ryan pulled the red labelled box towards him and started sorting the items. “Why do you even need so many chains?” he asked confused after a few moments, a variety of weapons, he could understand, but chains is not our usual household item, what use could she possibly have for those?

"What do I know? Next thing, you'll be giving my room away to some pretty, tall, blue eyed redhead and start making up excuses like "she's like a sister to me" and all." Ruby chuckled silently, not quite imagining whatever imaginary woman she just made up. But nevertheless, it was fun to joke with Ryan. She liked to believe she wouldnt get replaced either. Ryan approved, jeez. The big guy was so protective, it was heartwarming to know she had an adopted sibling to look after her. She felt safe around him, most of the times. Except maybe when she was pulling pranks on him and then hurrying to hide or run, but she loved him then too.
Ruby grabbed some old, less powerful gun from under her bed, checking the magazine and putting that one separatedly in some other box, to avoid confusion or to avoid having herself forget she already checked that one. Plus, mounting the magazines back onto the guns was one of the activities she performed when trying to relax. Ryan on the other hand, was full set on finding her friends apparently. Ruby raised her brows, looking at him expectantly, waiting for him to finish his questions before peeking under the bed again. "Yeah, they have names. But I dont really think you know them, no. The chances you do are...close to zero." The woman shrugged to herself, her tone sounding natural as always, maybe a bit curious about King's intentions. "It's Max and Jacob. But there's also going to be a girl coming to help me, so I wont be all alone with two guys, dont worry." Lies, such lies, when did she make a habit out of lying? It probably felt like anparent was asking who was she going out with. And specifying only males would probably annoy Ryan a bit. Andrea wasnt coming though. (Ruby secretly didnt want to make her carry rattling boxes and risk her seeing some guns or knives or all that)
"I need my chains. Be it for securing containers, tying someone up or smacking someone with them. They're clean, dont worry." Hm..now that she tried recalling, last time she had tied someone up with those chains, the person wasnt breathing the next day. It was entertaining to see the difference between their fingers or limbs being cut when alive, and when dead, as well as spotting all the differences. Science purposes, she called them.

Betrayal! That would be the day, when Ryan decided he didn’t want Ruby anymore and found another girl to put on her place. She made it sound like he just brought anyone he found on the street to his gang and started calling family. It was kinda true, but the annoying little sister tittle would always belong to Ruby. “I dunno about tall redheads, but since you’re leaving me, maybe I can find another right hand who is already part of the family.” He said casually, a mischievous smirk on his face. “Like Vienne, she’s been with us for a bit, I bet I could trust her and she could even appreciate the new space.” He opened his arms, gesturing around Ruby’s room. Ryan was kidding, of course, but it was fun to tease Ruby the same way she had a blast teasing him.
How many guns did Ruby have laying around in nooks and crannies? He shot her a curious look, but choose not to comment. For some reason he never thought Ruby would be the disorganized type, and yet here they were, the woman finding guns under the bed and who knows where else. She was also very protective of these friends of hers, for a minute Ryan thought she wouldn’t share their names, but she trusted him thankfully, and in the end, he didn’t really know anyone named Max or Jacob, but he knew he wouldn’t like either of them. “I see… Do they have last names as well?” he asked with a suspicious look. Two guys… for some reason he had imagined said friends to be girls, but now he realized it was just being hopeful. “You say that, but for all I know, the girl could be worse than the two guys.” Guys could be pigs, but girls could be, oh so much worse.
He put the chains carefully inside the box, one by one. It would be the most perfect box of chains in the entire world. Ruby’s explanation made Ryan chuckle, so many uses for these kind of things, from kinky stuff to killing stuff, sometimes even both. “Is that so? I’m sure you have plenty of fun with these.” He rattled the chain in his hand to make a point, and smirked as he asked the next question. “Do you have fun with your friends with these as well?” Maybe he would regret asking that, but it was a nice thought, Ruby smacking her male friends, showing everyone she was in charge and all that.

Vienne? The..wrench girl? Ruby knew a lot about Enigma's members, name, hobbies, likes and dislikes, all that, just from sneaking around and possibly "observing" everyone without actually wanting to get in a conversation. Just getting to know the crew..no interactions needed, really. She obviously didnt know everything, histories and other stuff she might have not been able to notice around the Warehouse. Max was probably right when he compared her to a cat, creeping up on people and listening to everything that could be listened to. A Right Hand's gotta do what a Right Hand's gotta do, right? Blackwood gave Ryan King an unimpressed huff, a bit amused by who he chose to jokingly relocate her with. She had nothing against Vienne, but really, her ego was a bit hurt. Not really. "Yes, Ryan. They do have last names as well." Red replied as a matter of fact - like, smilling to herself at the man's attempt of just digging out more about her friends. She did not tell him any kind of surnames though. "It would be unfair for you to know abot them, and they wouldnt know about you, dont you think?" She wanted to keep things even, and people out of trouble. "The girl is more innocent than a little kitten. I'm still working on corrupting her." The woman joked, chuckling. Andrea will stay innocent, Ruby didnt plan on ruining her or their friendship. Blackwood crawled from under the bed's edge, raising her head a bit too soon probably, just because she wanted to see what King was doing that made the chain rattle. A short bump was heard, and as much as she was protective of her stuff, she put a hand on the back of her head and looked up at Enigma's leader. She narrowed hr eyes at him playfully, smirking too at his questions. "You'd love to know that, wouldnt you? Maybe I do...maybe I dont..who knows?" Ruby grinned wickedly, laughing, and getting up on her feet again. She didnt leave weapons around, messy was not a word to define her, it was just that sometimes she got angry and tossed stuff around, not caring about it for a few days. And then she looked for the said stuff for some more days, regretting ever throwing them away, going from hate to love towards her weapons in only a matter of time.

Betrayal! He expected Ruby to at least protest the suggestion of Vienne becoming the right hand. From what he saw, the two girls didn’t exactly get along, he wasn’t sure what was the deal with their rivalry, but as long as they didn’t let it get in the way of business, they were free to dislike each other as much as they wanted. As much as he’d liked everyone in the family to get along, he realized that was impossible among criminals and crooks. Besides, he was just joking about replacing Ruby, of course, it wasn’t that simple to just start pointing and giving away fancy tittles to the first girl who showed up, Ruby held the position because she proved herself time and time again as capable and invaluable to Enigma, the fact that he felt like a brother to her was just a bonus. And all that still wasn’t enough to stop the woman from leaving…
Although he was aware he was also important to her, it was disheartening to know she had other people as well, other man she thought important, and called for their help. Soon he would be just second best in her eyes, unacceptable, he had to find out who these two were, if only Ruby wasn’t being stingy with their surnames. “But that’s exactly my point, they should meet me, see exactly who is just a call away from breaking their faces if they hurt you.” He said very matter of factly, like it was the usual way to deal with her friends, and to him, it actually was. He didn’t much trust Ruby’s definition of innocent, he would have to meet this girl as well and see for himself, but he doubted Ruby would be happy with that, she could be very protective, and while it was a good trait to have regarding Enigma, it could be annoying when he wanted to know more about her so called friends. Couldn’t she see he just wanted the best for her?
A chuckle escaped him when he saw Ruby bumping her head in the bed frame, it’s what you get for leaving stuff laying around and having to crawl into tiny spaces. “I’d love to hear their opinion on your chains, I’m sure they have plenty of stories.” He added playfully as he finished placing the chains in the box and proceeded to seal it with duct tape. “If only you’d let me meet them.” He said distractedly, pushing the finished box aside with the other red ones. It shouldn’t take long for them to be done, and then they would have to move the boxes, and Ruby would be gone, so far away from him. With a sad sigh, Ryan started sorting one of the nearby green boxes, it was quite full, so he figured he could seal it as well.
