Who is Lang McCormick:
Lang is a criminal cleaner and fixer, with a specialization in forensic science, forgery, and intelligence gathering. She is a one-woman operation: A contracted killer, evidence destroyer or planter, private investigator, interrogator/extractor, and identity thief/creator. Whatever the situation calls for, Lang will know a way to handle it...quietly. For the cops in particular, Lang's work has been recognized/linked/credited to the criminal alias "Elder" (her Grandpa's nickname).
Enemies: Everyone
There is no room for friends in her business, not even the people Lang employs day-to-day. Even her network of contacts, who willingly help her out, "would stab her in the back given the chance," she believes. To make matters worse, Lang sees no difference between good guys or enemies, rich or poor, family or not-family. One day it's this gang, the next day could be the rival gang, next day may be the cops, she doesn't care. Lang believes that buys her "some" level of security (...not that much) when approached on jobs. She has no agenda other than doing the job presented to her and getting paid at some premium for her skills.

I've left her contact with Enigma or Bianchi's vague on purpose, I think that can be fleshed out with you guys. I would assume they are aware of her, though, she's been operating in Chicago for five years.
Network of Contacts:
These are people in Chicago that Lang, whether through acquaintance or circumstance...or blackmail, goes to for information on jobs/keeping tabs. They come from all walks of life and they are not aware of the others she uses. My thinking is Lang would have at least one person from each Member Group on the site (if that's too much, no problem, I can adapt):
