ABOUT
Peoria, Illinois is the picturesque community where Elliot grew up, but you wouldn't know it
just by meeting the guy. His reputation precedes him; the so-called fearless leader of the
Chicago Police Department is known for his rough-and-tumble, direct approach to the crime
crackdown in and around the city. It's caused quite a controversy, even stirring up protests
against what some believe to be corrupt and over-violent methods of work (which may or
may not be true, hmmm). He's a cold and stubborn sort, and runs a tight ship. He's the
type of guy you'd be lucky to have on your good side, because if you're on his bad side...
You know what, let's just not even go there.

FRIENDS
Elliot knows where his loyalties lie, and he is loyal to a fault once you've gained his
trust. It's hard to say if there are very many people he actually "likes," but I'm always
open to suggestions and interactions to see how his positive relationships work out.
Maybe he hangs out with the guys in his free time. Goes to the bar. The game (not
the Cubs, what a fucking let down). Other than that, he's patient and direct,

ENEMIES
Do I really need to write anything for this? The Enigma, the Bianchi (to some extent,
in his opinion they're far more organized and subtle in their work, which makes them less
of a problem). It's his job to keep the law, and if you're gonna break it, he's gonna try
and make sure you're staring down the business end of a nine millimeter. If you're not a
criminal and you're trying to start an argument, expect the cold shoulder or busywork as
punishment. He's stubborn as all hell, and he won't hesitate to let you know when you've
royally fucked up.

LOVERS
If I told you this guy's wife left him, would you even be surprised? Because that's exactly
what happened. He eschews traditional "dating" and romantic relationships now, as they
get in the way of work and are generally just an overbearing, unnecessary distraction.
Sex is different, though, and if that's how things play out IC, then so be it. Just don't
expect pancakes and coffee in the morning.
