That can't be a scenario that are possible.
The facts are.
Valeria joined tha family in USA only 6 months ago. By then Dakota has already been gone for a year.
Valeria have been under protection mostly and therefore I'm sure Shaun wouldn't send her to a possibly dangerous man, and there hasn't been any great gatherings the past six months.
The two couldn't have met eachother.
Therefore I suggest that the two maybe met randomly either in the streets, maybe at the beach or harbour. A bar maybe. But it wouldn't be related to either of them being a Bianchi or not the first thread. ^^
