The eccentric bartender of Neo, Dan is the one you usually see behind the bars when the night club goes crazy. Sure, he's also one of the most crazy ones, but at least he serves you the drinks. Out of work hours, however, he's the one guy you can ask for advice for the best way to aim for a headshot 15 km away from the target. He's got a special skill in guns -- especially his trusty sniper -- and knows how to fix one up easy-peasy.
[break][break]Friends Dan is... odd. And that's putting it very lightly. It may scare away potential acquaintances, but friends are mainly reserved for those in Enigma. Of course, there are the interesting Civilians and whatnot who catch his attention, but unless if you're really gunning for it, he'll forget you in an instant.
[break][break]Enemies To be frank, not a lot of people can end up here. Dan has a knack for being extremely annoying, but he doesn't really file anyone as his enemies unless you really deserve his hatred. Like those blasted Bianchis. One sure way of ending up in this category is if you insult his guns.
[break][break]Love This part is very complicated. His rough childhood didn't exactly have any parental love, so he is foreign to intimate affections like kissing and hugging. He'd become very awkward and flustered easily, but will try to love you -- even if that word feels odd in his tongue.
